James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa. He has worked for SmithValeriote for the past four years and was called to the bar in 2002. Jim has extensive trial experience in the areas of family law and civil litigation. He also has successfully argued cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. James’s areas of practice include:
