Diana Piccoli has been with SmithValeriote for nine years. Her experience includes the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court. Diana was called to the bar in 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.

Diana’s areas of practice include:

  • Family Law
  • Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Collaborative Family Law

As a native of Guelph, Diana still lives in Guelph with her family and is actively involved in the community, particularly as the past Chair of Guelph Women in Crisis, member of the Board of Guelph General Hospital Foundation and participant of the Parent Council Committee.
