Randy’s practice focuses on individuals and issues concerning their personal wealth. A significant part of his practice involves Family Law, including resolution of issues upon a marital separation or divorce, through negotiation of Separation Agreements, alternative dispute resolution and court. Randy has been trained in Collaborative Law. He has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court and in addition to trial work has appeared and argued before the Ontario Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal.
Randy was called to the Bar in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto.
Randy’s areas of practice include:
- Family Law
- Wills and Estates, including Estate Litigation
- Civil Litigation
- Residential Real Estate
Randy keeps himself busy outside of the office with his wife and two young daughters. He also likes to ski, golf, curl and enjoys gourmet cooking. Being involved in the community is important for Randy. He is Past President of the Wellington Law Association, former President of the Guelph-Wellington Rotary Club and a member of Council at Dublin Street United Church .
