Michelle Dwyer

Michelle practices primarily in the areas of family law (including Collaborative Family Law) and criminal law. She also provides civil litigation, wills and estates and estate litigation legal services. Michelle’s goal is to provide legal services that are practical, efficient and tailored to her clients’ specific needs.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of British Columbia. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She articled and practiced law in Toronto before moving to Guelph.

Michelle is on the boards of Victory Kids Club and the University of Guelph Research Ethics Board. When she can find the time, she enjoys long-distance running.
