Corporate Law Clerk
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with knowledge in Corporate searches, preparing Corporate resolutions and registering business names. Other job functions and duties include: ordering minute books for corporations, generating pre-bills, booking appointments/communicating with clients and filing a notice of change, articles of dissolution and articles of revival. As well you will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high attention to detail. Familiarity with Fast Company, PC Law, MS Office and PPSA registrations would be beneficial.
Civil Litigation Law Clerk/Assistant
As the successful candidate you will have 3-5 years experience in Civil Litigation in both Small Claims Court and Superior Court, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well have the ability to draft statements of claim. You have a firm understanding of current legal terminology and the Rules of Civil Procedure. You also have the ability to work independently as well as on a team and be able tohandle a high volume of workin a fast paced environment. Experience using PC Law and MS Office Suite is a must, and knowledge in the field of Criminal Law will be considered an asset.
