Michelle Kelly practises in the area of condominium law, assisting with condominium development, management, and litigation. She regularly works with developers, property managers, boards, and unit owners across Ontario.

Michelle is a member of several of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI)’s chapters, including London, Toronto and Golden Horseshoe, where she is a member of the Professional Partner’s Committee. She regularly contributes articles to the CCI magazines, as well as SmithValeriote’s condominium publications, legal updates and webinars. Michelle is a frequent speaker at CCI events, including Level 100 and 200 courses.

Michelle completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction in 2006 at the University of Guelph. She completed a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa in 2009, graduating with honours. During that time, she clerked for the Regional Senior Justice and completed internships at the Department of Justice and Public Interest Advocacy Centre. She articled at SmithValeriote before being called to the bar in 2010.

Michelle is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and A Community for Offender Reconciliation and Diversion (ACORD). She is also on the Board of Directors for the Guelph Art Works.
