Liam Graduated with a B.B.A. (Hons) from the Memorial University of Newfoundland where he was the recipient of the James Barnes Award in Business Administration for achieving Dean’s List standing for every year of his program. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2009 from the University of New Brunswick and articled with a law firm with offices in both Kingston and Belleville, ON. Liam was called to the Bar in June of 2010.
Liam practices in all areas of civil litigation including commercial litigation and employment – related matters. Liam is also represents clients before administrative tribunals including the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Pension Appeals Board.
When not practicing law, Liam enjoys playing in bands, as he has been an avid drummer since an early age. He also enjoys traveling across North America to watch his favorite musical acts. Liam likes to stay active by playing recreational hockey, softball and squash.
Throughout his university career, Liam has been involved in community activities including the Public Legal Information Association of Newfoundland and the University of New Brunswick Knocking Out Landmines campaign. Liam is currently an active volunteer with the Guelph Humane Society and as a new resident of Guelph, looks forward to being actively involved in the community.
