Evan attended Carleton University in Ottawa where he earned a B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in Political Science. While at Carleton, Evan served as President of Right to Play Carleton, a group established to raise funds for the charity. During his undergraduate Evan also spent a summer working in the Office of the Leader of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition on Parliament Hill. Evan graduated in 2007 with High Honours.
Evan continued his studies at Queen’s University in Kingston where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2011. While studying at Queen’s Evan served as volunteer editor for the Queen’s Law Journal. Evan also attended the Queen’s International Study Centre in the United Kingdom where he earned a Certificate in International Business Law. During his second year at Queen’s Evan was selected to be a team member for the Laskin Cup Moot in Constitutional and Administrative Law.
Evan was born and raised in Guelph and looks forward to working in the community. Outside of work Evan enjoys skiing, running, and reading.
